West Coast Tails Professional Pet Services

Since 2003, West Coast Tails has been providing exceptional pet care for your pet. We are bonded and insured, discreet animal care professionals who put you and your pets’ needs above all else. All of our team members have been trained in animal handling, and are qualified to administer medication, injections and most importantly, TLC.

Your Pet

Our services include in YOUR home Pet Sitting (drop in and overnight care), Dog Walking, Pet Taxi, Animal Massage, Chiropractic and Reiki, Animal Nutritional Counseling and Equine Care. You’re the kind of pet parent who doesn’t want to confine your beloved family member to a kennel while you’re away. You’re the kind of dog parent who doesn’t want him to have to hold his bladder all day while you’re at work. You’re the kind of cat parent who has very specific needs for your feline family member. We get it. We’re pet parents too.

Your Home

All of our services that we currently offer are in YOUR home only. We believe a pet is most content and stress-free in his/her own home environment. The fewer variables you change in a pets’ life and the more you can adhere to their usual routines, the more likely they are to be happy, comfortable, and thrive. Our in-your home services also provide you, the pet parents, with convenience and home-security, whether you’re just gone for the day to work, or gone for a week on vacation. In addition to being exposed to diseases or aggressive animals, the stress on your pet being in a cold, unfamiliar environment can contribute to extreme anxiety and separation disorders, especially if your dog is originally from the SPCA or a rescue environment. Simply put, there is no better place for your pet than your home.

Your Way

Our office hours are 10am to 4pm, Monday to Saturday but we are caring for pets 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including holidays. We always try to accommodate last-minute bookings and special requests. We are discreet and professional, and have a client roster which includes members of the TV and Film industry, professional athletes, musicians, and the members of the RCMP. With over 500 satisfied clients across Metro Vancouver and the Lower Mainland BC, we are confident that you will find our service to be second-to-none.
